The TOM Toolbox available
The TOM Toolbox, Software for Acquisition & Analysis for Electron Tomography, is now available at no cost from the MPI of Biochemistry, Martinsried. It is a collection of functions that extend the capability of the MATLAB® (+ Image Procesing Tooolbox) numeric computing environment. The toolbox supports a wide range of functions for tomography.
